Our background spans tech, marketing and hospitality, including marketing and OTA management for hotels, hostels and short-term rental portfolios.
We have experienced short-term rentals as both guests and operators, giving us a practical view of what owners and visitors need.
We're not a big corporate agency. Which means you're not just another number to us. We're a lean team that treats every property like our own. We use the latest technologies, marketing and data-driven strategies, leveraging a blend of custom built and market-sourced AI tooling to support pricing, guest experience and the day-to-day running of your property.

Common questions
Our fee is 20% for one property, with multi-property discounts (17.5% for 2, 15% for 3+), taken from the payout after platform fees and excluding the cleaning fee. There's no lock-in contract. Guests pay the cleaning fee as part of their booking, so cleaning costs you nothing.
Co-hosting means sharing the running of your short let with us while you retain responsibility for agreed tasks. Full management brings the day-to-day operation together, including listings, pricing, guest communication and coordinating cleaning and maintenance. We discuss how involved you want to be and agree responsibilities before you start, so you know what we handle and what remains with you.
We cover Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and surrounding areas. Whether your property is in a city centre or nearby, get in touch with its location so we can discuss the practical arrangements for managing it. We will talk through the local support your property needs, including cleaning and maintenance, before agreeing how we can help.
We can list your property on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda and Google. We choose the platforms that suit your property and keep listing details and calendars in step across them. On your call, we'll talk through which platforms fit your property and how bookings and guest messages will be handled.
There is no lock-in contract: our management arrangement is monthly rolling. You do not have to commit to a long fixed term to work with us. We will explain the agreement and how ending the arrangement works before you sign, including how any existing guest bookings and the handover of your property will be handled.
The timing depends on how ready your property is and what needs to happen before guests can book. We review the setup, photography, listing information, cleaning arrangements and any relevant requirements with you. Once we understand what is already in place, we can agree a practical launch plan without promising a fixed number of days before reviewing the property.
